1. State of Sinners:
“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
2. Sentence of Sinners:
“For the wages of sin is death…” Romans 6:23
3. Source of Salvation:
“For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
4. Shortcoming of Service:
“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy He has saved us.” Titus 3:5
5. Simplicity of Salvation:
“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:8 thru 13
6. Securing Salvation:
You need to pray, Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner. I believe with my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he died for my sins, was buried and rose from the dead. The best way that I know how, I repent of my sins and ask you to save me. I receive him as my Savior and Lord. I pray this in Jesus name. Amen
7. Surety of salvation:
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” John 5:24
